The Challenge
After nearly two years of ongoing communication, the client approached us with an aged care project requiring approximately 250 bedside tables and matching TV units.
The project came with detailed drawings and specific requirements for dimensions, materials, colors, and finishing details. With an established understanding of the client’s expectations, we were able to move efficiently into sample development.
One of the key technical challenges was color consistency. The client required the inside of the bedside table drawers to closely match the exterior finish. Because the internal components and cabinet structure involved different materials and production processes, achieving a consistent appearance required careful adjustment.
Our Solution
Custom Sample Development — Developed samples according to the client’s detailed drawings, dimensions, materials, and finishing requirements.
Color Matching & Testing — Completed multiple rounds of color adjustment and testing based on the client’s references until all requested finishes were approved.
Pre-Production Approval — Prepared pre-production samples before mass production, allowing the client to visit our factory and verify product details in person.
Finishing Process Optimization — Adjusted the color and finishing process to achieve a consistent appearance between the drawer interiors and exterior surfaces.
Close Project Coordination — Maintained clear communication throughout sampling, approval, and production to keep product requirements aligned with the project.
